Thank you for visiting the Kogota/Winona Sister City Home page. This website is the official home of the Kogota/Winona Sister Cities project.
It was developed to foster communications and educational opportunities for the middle school students of these cities as well as the community.
By becoming a free member of this site, you gain access to the Discussion Forums, commonly known as bulletin boards, that were developed to engage community members in discussion about various aspects of these 2 cities.
